Fees and Payment

Families may receive a number of funded visits through the Family Court.

The judge will make a decision on whether to approve additional visits or discontinue them. If discontinued, parents wishing to continue supervised contact will need to cover the costs privately.

Both parents share the cost of this service, with separate fees for drop-off and pick-up, which must be paid 48hours in advance of the changeover. Children must be picked up within 15 minutes of the agreed-upon time.

We recognise that transport challenges might hinder visitation, we are willing to explore ways to help your child attend visits to see the other parent. This is not a standard arrangement and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Payment & Cancellations

For private visits, payment must be received 48 hours prior to the initial assessment and at least one week before the start date of the visits. A proof of payment would be appreciated.

Cancellations made by any party within 48 hours, including those due to illness or unexpected events, will result in the full amount being non-refundable. We invest significant time in preparing and organising visits, and by reserving this time for you and your children, the supervisor is unable to assist another family or fulfill other commitments. We appreciate your understanding.

If we receive notice of a cancellation or change more than 48 hours in advance, we can adjust the schedule at no additional cost. If the supervisor becomes unavailable, we will reschedule without counting that as a session.
